Why are there only a few products on your website?
We only buy batches of products that are genuine and of good quality that are able to sourced at significant discounts to retail prices. This means that at any one time we only have a fairly small selection of products available for sale on our site. However, it also means that the brands and styles offered on our site changes regularly – so if you don’t see anything you like, be sure to check back again regularly.
Where we know (based on product labels) where the products are manufactured, this will be set out on the product listing. However, many of the products we receive are in sealed packaging so we aren’t able to inspect product labels.
However, all products are exported from Australia. This means that even if they haven’t been manufactured in Australia, they have passed quality control tests by the brand owners.
When setting out product sizes, we use the sizing provided by the brand. By doing this, customers can go direct to the brand’s website and look up sizing information (if available).

Where are the products located and are shipped from?
All products on our site have been exported from Australia and shipped to our partner warehouse in Hong Kong. All orders are shipped from this warehouse.
By having our products in Hong Kong, we can fulfil orders quickly and efficiently.
Our products are genuine and purchased either from the brands themselves or from legitimate Australian based platforms.
In most cases, products will come in their original packaging with original tags. On occasion, we may need to repack products where there has been some damage to the external packaging or other reasons.
However, no product is sold second hand or is a factory second.
